One e-gate for staff, visitors, and contractors

My role: I delivered the QR-based e-gate and access-control system covering the full campus population.

Prince Sultan University is a private university in Riyadh managing a campus population that spans full-time staff, enrolled students, visitors, and a rotating base of temporary contractors — each with different access needs.

I delivered a QR-based attendance and access-control system functioning as an e-gate solution across all three groups, replacing manual sign-in with a single, auditable system.

The university now has one consistent record of who is on campus, when, and why — across every category of person who walks through its gates.
